The big news this week is that Microsoft will soon be enabling Copilot with their PCs (and according to Mustafa Suleyman, the CEO of Microsoft AI, this is a completely new product category).
Basically, Copilot will soon work alongside employees in real time, regardless of what they’re doing (talking, typing, watching, etc.), which will make using AI seamless in the workplace.
More from Suleyman about the announcement here:
Don’t Hold Back on AI Training
A study by PwC showed that if you learn how to use AI in certain contexts, you could increase your compensation by up to 25%
Many companies are already realizing the importance of this, including JPMorgan, which recently announced that all new hires will get trained in AI.
So if you don’t already have AI plans for your workforce, make sure you ramp up soon.

Senators Urge $32 Billion Emergency Spending on AI
AI spending is not slowing down, and even the US government feels the urgency.
AP News reported that a bipartisan group of senators, led by Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, recommended $32 billion in emergency spending on AI over the next three years.
The funds aim to support AI research and development, create new testing standards, and implement transparency requirements.
This highlights the need for the U.S. to compete with other nations, particularly China, in AI development.
